Below is a structured snapshot of his residential and professional context, followed by deeper sections on neighborhoods, public records, logistics, and reader questions.

Los Angeles as the Central Hub
Interviews and podcast recordings consistently place Scott Aukerman in Los Angeles, where Comedy Bang! Bang! originated and remains headquartered. The show’s long history with the Earwolf network and live recordings at UCB and other LA venues anchors his day to day life in this metro area.
Neighborhoods Tied to Comedy Venues
Los Angeles has several comedy-centric districts, and Aukerman’s routines have mentioned locations that suggest proximity to both UCB and studios in Studio City. These neighborhoods offer easy access to rehearsal spaces, recording studios, and industry events.
Residential Privacy and Public Records
Because celebrity addresses can attract unwanted attention, many producers and performers keep exact housing details private. Public property records and past mentions of Silver Lake have led fans to speculate, but the most reliable evidence points to the Studio City or Toluca Lake area within Los Angeles.
Why Exact Details Are Hard to Confirm
High profile residents often move for work, use privacy protections, or simply avoid publicity around their home life. For Comedy Bang! Bang!, which thrives on spontaneity and guest interaction, Aukerman tends to keep personal logistics out of the spotlight unless they affect show operations or travel.
Logistics, Travel, and Recording Locations
While his primary residence sits in the LA region, the show regularly records in Burbank, Hollywood, and occasionally on the road. This flexibility means he may spend weekdays near Burbank studios and weekends at a quieter home base in the surrounding valleys.
